Technical Info
ANTI-FOG COATING
All Giro goggle lenses feature an advanced anti-fog coating that keeps vision clear and consistent, ensuring reliable performance in changing mountain conditions.
EVAK VENT TECHNOLOGY
Exclusive to Giro VIVID goggles, EVAK vents use a durable, non-absorbent foam that releases moisture while blocking snow and weather. This design minimizes fogging for clear vision all day.
EXPANSION VIEW (EXV) TECHNOLOGY
Developed in Giro’s test lab, EXV Technology maximizes peripheral vision with a helmet-compatible frame. A reduced rim and frameless zones optimize the lens area for an expansive field of view.
INJECTION-MOLDED CYLINDRICAL LENSES
Injection molding ensures precise optics and minimizes distortion compared to thermo-formed cylindrical lenses, delivering sharper vision and improved durability.
QUICK CHANGE LENS SYSTEM
Magnets guide the lens into place for lightning-fast swaps, while four snap pins securely lock it down. This system combines speed and security for hassle-free lens changes.
VIVID TECHNOLOGY WITH OPTICS BY ZEISS®
VIVID lenses, developed with ZEISS®, enhance contrast and definition by managing blue light and blocking harmful UV rays. This filters out haze, sharpens detail, and improves clarity in all conditions.
